  • Are your employees uniformed?

    Yes. All employees wear uniform shirts with our company logo, and our service vehicles are clearly marked for easy identification.

  • What are your service days and hours?

    Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After-hours service is available upon request.

    Our Pantry Service is a fully customized workplace refreshment solution designed to enhance your office environment and support employee satisfaction and retention. We provide:

  • WHAT KIND OF COFFEE DO YOU CARRY?

    We partner with multiple suppliers to offer a wide selection of coffee brands. Popular in-house options include Peet’s, Starbucks, and Wolfgang Puck.

  • How long does it take for delivery/installation and what is the process?

    For in-stock equipment, delivery and installation typically take about two days. Special-order equipment may require up to two weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Can we request specific products?

    Absolutely. We tailor our offerings to your preferences to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Is there a cost to my company for the vending equipment/services?

    No, vending equipment is provided at no cost. We begin with a site survey to assess your needs, determine placement, and schedule installation. Once installed, your location is added to our service route for regular restocking.

  • How often do you come by and fill up the machines?

    Our machines are equipped with remote monitoring software, allowing us to track inventory in real time. Typically, machines are serviced weekly or bi-weekly based on usage.

  • What condition is the equipment in?

    All equipment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern payment and monitoring technology. Each machine includes clear refund request instructions.

  • What is the procedure if someone loses money in the machines?

    Customers can request a refund by calling or texting 650-430-2444 with the following details:


    Full name


    Complete mailing address


    Machine location


    Product attempted and issue encountered


    Payment method (cash or card)


    If card was used: first 4 and last 4 digits, plus expiration date


    Refunds are confirmed within one business day after receiving the required information.

    Yes. We provide USDA California Smart Snack-approved items for schools, along with a wide range of healthy options for traditional vending and pantry services.
